Raw Black African Soap & Raw Shea Butter

Raw Black African Soap & Raw Shea Butter

Raw Black African Soap & Raw Shea Butter African traditional black soap is one of the most beneficial, yet unheard of soaps that you will ever find. I cannot sing enough praises about raw black African soap. If there’s such a thing as a miracle soap, this is it! If only I’d found it in my 20’s. I’ve used both the soap and butter for ten years, and I believe it has preserved my skin well. I am fifty years old, and this photo was taken last year. My skin has had lots of sun exposure, but I believe the soap and shea butter have reversed signs of aging in my skin. I haven’t been to a dermatologist since my early thirties. You can spend a fortune on skincare, but there is no procedure, peel, cleanser or cream that works like the combination of raw black African soap, and raw shea butter. Not only will you have smooth, blemish-free, beautiful skin in no time, but your pores will become smaller, and your skin more toned. Your skin will glow, and you won’t be shiny.   What is Black African Soap & Shea Butter Black African soap is made of dried plantain skins, palm leaves, cocoa pod powder, and kernel oil. It has been used for generations as a natural remedy for acne, eczema, body odor, and to alleviate oily skin. In West Africa, authentic black soap is made by extensive “cooking” of the soap to the point charcoal forms from the plantain skins and cocoa pods. Many cultures in West Africa use charcoal to detoxify and purify the skin, and...
Easy, Inexpensive Daily Detox | Diatomaceous Earth, Bentonite Clay

Easy, Inexpensive Daily Detox | Diatomaceous Earth, Bentonite Clay

Daily Parasitic, Chemical & Heavy Metal Detox This is a quick post on how you can do an effective, daily detox without any bad side effects, and without much expense. Super easy, and super effective. All you do is add a heaping teaspoon of food grade diatomaceous earth to a tall glass of water. Then, add a splash of Great Plains Bentonite Clay, and a squeeze of fresh lemon*. This little jewel of a concoction does amazing things. How Does It Work Diatomaceous earth is the powdered, fossilized remains of diatoms, a type of hard-shelled algae. It is mildly abrasive, and without going into a huge, long post, it has a TON of health benefits. DE has a mineral content of approximately 85% amorphous silica and approximately 20 trace minerals.  DE kills parasites, flushes toxins and heavy metals, and even relieves arthritis! Diatomaceous Earth has a negative charge, and bacteria has a positive charge. It is reported that Diatomaceous Earth sweeps bacteria out of the body by trapping it in its honeycomb shaped skeletal form. Cleanse and detox from the inside out! Best part is it has no taste! It’s a powder that does not dissolve, so it’s a little gritty. Great Plains Bentonite Clay comes in an easy to use liquid form. Bentonite clay carries a strong negative ionic charge. It’s a magnetic clay that can absorb up to 6 times it’s weight. It absorbs and carries toxins out of the system. Many animals in the wild ingest clay when they are sick. Peruvian wild Macaws eat poisonous fruits at certain times of the year, when no other fruits are...
Detox Bentonite Clay Bath | Heavy Metal & Mercury

Detox Bentonite Clay Bath | Heavy Metal & Mercury

Detox Bentonite Clay Bath | Heavy Metal & Mercury Chelation Living healing clays have been used by cultures throughout history for their nutrients, and to help rid the body of toxins. Many animals eat dirt and clay to help remove poisons from their systems, or during times of illness. Recently, healing clays like Bentonite Clay have once again been gaining popularity for internal and external detoxification. What is Bentonite Clay? Bentonite, is extremely powerful and effective. It can be used externally as a clay poultice, mud pack or a bath. Not all clays are equal, and you must be careful which clay you use. Bentonite should be a grey/cream color and anything bordering “pure white” is suspect. It has a very fine, velveteen feel, and is odorless and non-staining. Bentonite Clay is composed of aged volcanic ash. The name comes from the largest known deposit of Bentonite Clay located in Fort Benton, Wyoming. What Does it do? Bentonite Clay is a unique clay due to its ability to produce an “electrical charge” when hydrated. Upon contact with fluid, its electrical components change, giving it the ability to absorb toxins. Bentonite is known for its ability to magnetically absorb and remove toxins, heavy metals, impurities and chemicals. It is a swelling clay. When it becomes mixed with water it rapidly swells open like a highly porous sponge. The toxins are drawn into the “sponge” through electrical attraction and once there, they are bound. What To Expect The feeling is almost indescribable. The first time I used the clay in a bath, I literally saw black, metallic particles coming from the pores of...
Proof Ear Candling Works | Ear Coning

Proof Ear Candling Works | Ear Coning

Proof Ear Candling Works Despite all the naysayers on the internet, my husband and I are proof ear candling, or coning, works. The reason I know this is a couple years ago, I was getting most of my horseback riding done in the evening when it was cooler. What does this have to do with ear candling? Well, in addition to being cooler, there were many more insects flying around in the evening, and when you’re traveling horseback at a fairly good speed, you are likely to be struck by, inhale, or swallow an insect. I had never considered one getting in my ear. Severe Ear Ache Relieved By Ear Candling After one of the evenings horseback riding, I developed a bad earache. It got much worse within two days. At that point, the earache was deep, and several glands in my neck were swollen. I had candled my, and my husband’s ears a couple times a year, so I decided to candle my ear. Now, here’s the proof candling works. You’re not going to believe what was in the burnt candle! A firefly, aka lightening bug! Yes, I cut the burnt remains of the candle and saw a perfectly preserved lightening bug! So there ya go. I don’t care what the experts say. People have been doing it for hundreds of years, and there’s a reason for it. It works. How does it work? I’m not sure, but reverse osmosis is my guess. Placebo Effect, Or Real Benefit From Ear Candling Dogs don’t respond to placebo, so in addition to the proof described above, I don’t believe the...
Rife Frequency Generator | Staph Infection In Joint of Filly

Rife Frequency Generator | Staph Infection In Joint of Filly

How To Treat Joint Infection With Rife Frequency Generator | Experimental Use Only Now you can see why the filly got hurt in the first place. Hehe. She got hurt during a rain storm in her fetlock (rear ankle). The filly was very lame, and after giving her penicillin, and doing an ichthammol draw, the swelling and lameness was getting only slightly better. The wound was very small, but her fetlock joint was warm and swollen. After a few days of minimal improvement, we took the filly to the vet for an Xray, and possible joint infection. The vet flushed the joint, and took a culture; it was determined there were no chips, or major damage other than a very serious potential infection. The culture came back positive for Staphylococcus aureus bacteria, which can become resistant to antibiotic therapy. The veterinarian prescribed Excede® antibiotic for the joint infection, and released the filly. She was due to take another round of Excede® four days later. However, after being released from the clinic, the filly got worse each day for four days. On the forth day, when she was really sick and lame, I pulled out the Rife machine. Hello, why didn’t I think of that earlier? Just months prior, I had treated my border collie for either Lyme disease, or Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, one of the two, but that’s for another post. The filly improved immediately after using the Rife machine! Rife Treatment Time And Frequencies The filly was confined to a small area between two gates where I was able to apply the rife machine pads to her...
